Indabeez is built on trust. Fans, curators and pros come here because they want to discover real artists, real work and real stories. That trust only holds if every artist on the platform commits to the same standards. By creating an artist account on Indabeez, I commit to:
All content I publish (photos, music, texts, videos) is either entirely my own creation or used with explicit permission. I do not plagiarise, copy or reuse third-party works without rights.
I confirm I own the full intellectual property rights for everything I display on my profile, projects, and feed. This includes copyright on photos, music recordings, and texts.
I am the person I claim to be. I do not impersonate other artists, use fake names to mislead, or claim work made by others as my own.
When AI tools assist in creating my work (image generation, music composition, text writing), I declare it clearly on the relevant project via the "Bee Honest" toggle. Hidden AI use breaks the trust of fans, curators, and pros.
Violating this charter may result in immediate suspension and permanent exclusion from Indabeez, with notification to my followers and any pro I am linked to. I also acknowledge that posting content that infringes copyright, intellectual property, image rights or applicable law may expose me to legal proceedings by rights holders and/or by Indabeez.
