This page sums up what happens if you change your mind. It restates section 8 of the terms of use, which is the binding text.
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: you keep access until then, and nothing renews afterwards.
If you live in the European Union, you have fourteen days to withdraw from your subscription. By subscribing, you request that the service start immediately and acknowledge losing that right once the service has been fully performed. If you have not used the service during that period, write to us: we will refund you. This right comes from European law; Swiss law provides no general right of withdrawal for this kind of contract concluded online.
A period already started is not refunded pro rata, unless Swiss law requires it. This is standard for subscriptions: you keep access until the end of the term you paid for.
A billing error, a double charge, a service that does not work as described: write to us and we will look into it. We would rather sort something out than let it drag on.
Through the contact form. We reply within a month at most, usually much sooner.
